It might be more helpful if you told us what device this goes to. Although it's likely an iphone by that IMEI.
By the way you should not be posting your IMEI on a public forum.
iPhones x and newer have 2 Sims.
Whether or not it is available for use on another service provider depends on whether your phone is paid off and unlocked
