I am sorry to hear about the Advanced Messaging issues. This is not a normal issue so I am sure we can get to the bottom of what is going on.
Does this happen with all MMS you send and how long have you been experiencing this? I would like to make sure we gather as much information possible so we can understand what’s going on!
Sometimes compression issues can be part of the problem especially when trying to send large files over a message. I recommend reducing the file size to less than 1MB and retry the message. If you haven’t tried this already, please turn off Advanced Messaging under the Messaging settings and test if the issue is persistent this way.
Should you have any more messaging issues, please visit the Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. Please be sure to select your device make and model and then click on Messaging.

My fiance and I are wanting to see if our messages are delivered, when they are read and when someone is responding... We both have the galaxy s7 edge and the feature worked until my fiance broke his phone so we did an insurance claim and he got a new one. Now it doesn't show on his phone and it doesn't show even delivered on mine anymore when texting him... How do I fix this problem? We have already turned on the feature in settings and tried restarting the phones. We dont have any of the restricted apps for the advanced messaging. We just want to see when we read each others messages and if our messages are delivered or not...
