22GB is not a REAL limit

I've currently used about 35GB this cycle which is about normal.  Never had speeds reduced by ATT.  You only get reduced if you've exceeded 22GB and the nearest tower is near 100% capacity at that particular time.  Most folks will NEVER be throttled in any sort of way.  FYI

ATT does not throttle the unlimited data plans.  A line is reprioritized at the 22 gig threshold.  This means it only slows down if the tower is congested 

   BTW this is all in the information on the plans.
