Worst customer service ever
I have been trying to fix my voice mail for over a week. I have now called 7 times. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes tonight. No help. Over 7 hrs wasted. Tech services can’t fix it. Two people were supposed to call me back but never did. I don’t know how they can stay in service. Worst worst worst. And they wonder why I don’t want any other service from them!!!!

The visual voice mail says visual voice mail is unavailable and has for over a week. Att changed the number of digits needed for voice mail from 5 to 7 to 15. I reset my vm POW to 8 digits.
