How is it that att can access my property without my permission and dig a hole in the middle of my yard mess up my lawn without notice or permission to do so? I want to file a complaint also on the local agent who refused to contact me or answer the phone when i left several messages asking for an explanation.

Same crap happened to us today. Saw them take off right when I pulled up. They threw stuff and cut wires that were in my LOCKED yard. The gate with access is low. Wish my dogs had been out to get them.

Neither of you say if there's a utility easement on your properties. Even if there is that's no reason to not clean up, but it does give them a right to access if there is one.

There is a utility pole in the yard diagonal to mine, those people will not let ATT access, they were told to get police escort if that happens. My yard was a mess and completely locked up. They cut wires and accessed my property with no one home and drove away right when they saw me pull up. I don’t mind them there, but with permission. They are very lucky my dog was not out.

They have authorization to access their phone lines aa long as they are with in city permits which is sidewalks, but they don't have a right to go into peoples properties they also left a mess in my yard the replaced sod was layed over on top of old one and dried out. They also broke my aprinkler head and did not replaced them. The left over dugged up dirt they went into my back yard to dump in my recycle and trash bin I almos got fine by the city for this.

Same thing in Lou Ky. Installing their fiber network that I want nothing to do with.
started digging in the easement, which is fine, but they didn’t stop to think or ask if there was underground irrigation, which there is. And they hit it. And now they are digging beyond the easement to try to repair it. Can’t wait to see how this goes and what my yard looks like in the spring. This will be fun to deal with and bring up with my city council.

the irrigation pipes it took a good 3 months of going back and forth for
them to fix and even then they didin't leave as it was. It was a pain to
deal with the sod they replaced also didin't match the original sod so I
had a big uneven darker sod patch in my yard.

ATT contractors drove vehicles in my backyard this morning when it was wet from all the snow and rain. They dug holes and made a huge mess of my yard. They DID NOT give us any kind of heads up that they were going to be working. We have a puppy and have an underground fence system for him. I am extremely angry that we were not notified. We told them to get off our property until someone with authority could give us proper notification so we could have the dog secured and make sure they do not cut the pet fence. They refused. I'm calling the police.

Well, guess what...? They are outside of the easement. I am very familiar with the restrictions and they have equipment all over my property tearing it up outside of the easement.
