unblock one number on landline Call Protect

This is way way way way too complicated.  One hour already!   For heavens sake!  I do not have U verse, just landline with call protect.  Make this reasonable.  My last effort - busy signal

Good morning @angrygal,

Thank you for posting your question on the Community Forums. I understand you would like to know how to unblock a number. I would like to help!

For call unblocking I was able to locate a great eSupport article on Manage call blocking for digital phone. This includes a video on how to get this processed. Additionally, a step by step on unblocking the number.

Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Here's another link on accessing digital call protect.  I posted in one of your other topics, but it was removed.  It's really best to just start one topic on your issues so the information you're looking is in one spot.

Did not work, again and again.  Followed instructions, went in circles for 45 minutes.  Ridiculous!  Don't you test this on ordinary people??  Disgusting.

You don't say what is not working.  You can't sign into your account?  Once your in it the feature doesn't work?  Where is it failing?  You also state you have a landline, not u-verse, my understanding is the digital call protect is for AT&T's digital service and cell service, not a traditional landline.  So if you're talking about unblocking one number from a traditional landline you dial into the service and follow the prompts. Traditional landline call blocking can found here.
