Digital phone features not showing
I have had the digital phone since early September. As of today I am not able to activate or deactivate any of the features that are activated or deactivated online. No help from ATT even when I have spoken with customer relations, etc. I have even been told may take 2-3 billing cycles. I wish that had been disclosed when I dropped by analog line for the digital phone. I even bundled with other services and nothing done.

So you can't access your MyAtt account or you can't get to the phone feature once you access it?
