AT&T Model DL102-2
I cant retrive the messages off the answering machine I call it when greeting starts I press *19 but the greeting just keep goin and want to record a new messageis it * or# before or after the 19(code) thanks for any help

There is no DL102-2. You'll need to look at the base unit and get the model number off that. Also, are you talking about remoting into the answering machine? *19 sounds more like a phone company voicemail option. At any rate, can't do much without the model so we can pull up the manual.

There's a BL102-2 where the remote access code is 19 no star or pound.
