CL4940 corded wall phone call ID broken dots
part of the black digital dots have gone bad on the caller ID making it unreadable. any fix? hate to have to buy a new phone just because of that!

You can't repair them, it would be more expensive than buying a new one.

called their 800# and they said to reset phone by disconnecting the power for 1-2 min. it is a bit better but not solved. gave me a promo code to buy new one thru them. amazon sells them but says requires two lithium batteries..apparently incorrect info
