WHERE IS MY PRINTED RESIDENTIAL TELEPHONE DIRECTORY?!?!

I JUST RECEIVED MY NEW AT&T TELEPHONE DIRECTORY. IT DOES NOT LIST RESIDENTIAL TELEPHONE NUMBERS. HOW IS SOMEONE SUPPOSED TO LOOK UP A RESIDENTIAL TELEPHONE NUMBER? ARE AT&T RESIENTIAL CUSTOMERS GOING TO GET A RATE DECREASE IN RETURN FOR THIS DECREASE IN SERVICE BY AT&T?

The white pages only list business listings. There are NO residential numbers listed.  Again I ask,

So when you call the number, what's their answer?

My latest bill insert (Dec. 22, 2018) happily offer a "free copy of the AT&T White Pages directory" by calling 877-243-8339 "or visit www.mydirectories.yp.com".  However, the 877 number is not in service at this hour, and the website DIRECTS ME BACK TO THE PHONE NUMBER!!  NOTHING at the website hints that it is in fact a path to a directory.  So AT&T itself is sending me misinformation!!!!!!    Charming.

no printed phone book, no directory assistance. What happened to the greatest phone company.? No service. How can we get a printed residential white pages phone book for Orlando, Florida. Directory assistance where people answered the phones and gave the number was a better deal. AT & T wants our money for their phones but what if we need something ? No deal and no service. Tell me how to get a number. I don't need Spokeo, Truthfinder or any of that stuff. Just directory assistance. BTW who is the President/ CEO of AT&T?
