ONLINE ACCOUNT LOCKED
AT&T service really (Edited per community guidelines). I am a previous employee, and so glad that I was able to retire! Their support system is a total circle (Edited per community guidelines)! My online account has been locked. It states for 24 hours. I am well over the 24 hour mark, and it is still locled. I can't do anything including change my password! Every call I make goes through the same voice response tree! How the (Edited per community guidelines) can I get someone to unlock my online account? Perhaps I should involve Stankey??? This is ridiculous!!!
