Locked out of my online account
Your system wants to send me a text message with a code in it to allow me to sign on, but my phone DOESN'T DO TEXT. Your system should know that, because it is turned off for my account. I've been on the phone for a couple of hours now, and I'm still unable to sign on. Also, you system appears to have stopped working for my XP system, which is why I'm having to sign on to a different PC. FIX YOUR (Edited per community guidelines) SYSTEM. Since it knows that I don't have text, it should be sending the code to my email, which you have.
