I get an email stating my bill is ready online I go there and its not

Received an Email saying my bill was ready to be reviewed. I go there and it states its not ready. This has been happening every month

Please let us know if you are unable to view your billing online entirely. Are you attempting to view this from the app or on the website? Is there any additional information in the email, aside from simply saying the bill is ready to be reviewed? With more information, we'll be able to see what's going on.
