EMERGENCY! Need installation receipt for COURT!

I'm almost given hope.  My father needs to present evidence that our address has a basic phone line, and ATT cannot provide it to us.  We ordered the new line on Sunday, and the past three days we've been trying to get them to email us a confirmation.  Each time they say the email has been sent, but we have nothing.  The judge is giving us till MONDAY to provide evidence or else my father will be denied PROBATION and will have to go to JAIL.  I don't understand why it is so hard to get a email confirmation.  A technician is coming Friday, but we can't be sure since there is no written confirmation.  Please, I beg someone can help us!
