Cancelling long distance service
I have tried unsuccessfully since april 2016 to cancel the long distance service on our bill. I have asked to speak to a supervisor only to be told there are no supervisors. This is ridiculous. You can clearly see we don't have any use for this service anymore and you refuse to assist.

What type plan do you have? POTS? Wireless home phone? U verse? Do you see a separate charge on your bill for LD?

I have unlimited nationwide calling. I have used less than 5 minutes in the last 4 months since I had a stroke.

Time to contact regulators, FCC, Federal Trade Commission and Public Service Commission and whoever else you can think of. Next elected officials who seat on committees that make decisions.
