Canceling Service

I am trying to cancel a landline service at a property we manage. I had the owner call twice to cancel services, but after multiple transfers, he was disconnected both times. He would like to fax or email his cancellation request. I cannot find the proper contact information where this request should be sent.

There is no fax or email to cancel service, the account holder has to cancel.  When they call in at the voice prompt they should say "cancel service" which should take them to the loyalty/retentions group who are the only ones that can cancel service.
