I closed my account in 2015 and everything was paid. They are charging me $300 for no reason. I have tried to contact them and noone can help me and they state its an old account. They have reported it to my credit and noone can help me resolve this issue. I have a picture from yesterday where I waited over an hour to reach a specialist at ATT customer service with noone being able to help me simply stating that its an old account. They have no access to it. This is so ridiculous. Can someone please contact me from ATT to resolve this issue?

This is primarily a user community with only a few AT&T personnel to go around.  You will in all likelihood not be contacted by AT&T as a result of your post.  Dispute the charge with whoever contacts you about it and ask for them to provide evidence of the debt.
