I would look on your bill. If you have paperless billing, when you log on to your account online, you can find it on your account page, or download a PDF of your bill, and the account number will be on that.
If you have POTS (plain old telephone service), the first 10 digits of your account number are your telephone number, then there is a 3 digit code added to make it an account number.
