Unable to add email account
I used to have my yahoo email synched with my sbcglobal.net primary account. One day it disappeared and if I go thru settings and add a mailbox, it does not offer Yahoo as a selection. I contacted tech support (and what a joke) and they said someone will contact you in 30 minutes (ya right!!!)
I was given a ticket number which I think is bogus. I was transferred several times until I got to their next level. I asked the "supervisor" if he can give me the last 4 digits of the ticket number and the chat was disconnected. Hmmmm....
Anyways, does anyone have a clue as to why I cannot add a yahoo email to my sbcglobal.net primary account? If I select other, it refers me to the device app (android) and add the email thru the app. That does not work.
