Depending on what browser you are using, it is recommended that you clear the browser cache and cookies. The aforementioned support article has steps for the most common web browsers.

After clearing the cache and cookies of the browser, close the browser down and wait for about 15-30 seconds and then reopen the browser. After that, please follow these steps:

1. Go to AT&T/Yahoo
2. Click "Sign In".
3. Enter in your full email address and password.
4. Click "Sign In".
5. The page should refresh.
6. Click on the envelope icon.
7. You should be in your webmail inbox.
