Why ATT constantly requires a new password

Virtually every time I try and log into the ATT Currently web site (or ATT site for that matter) I get the following web site.

The link suggest I'm using either the wrong user ID or password. Nope. My fix is simply to select "Forget Password," then reuse the password ATT didn't like in the first place. Really annoying

Hey recichmaj. Thanks for reaching out about the login issue you keep experiencing, and we'd be happy to help you. 

 

To get started, we'd recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the device you're using. There could be saved data that is interfering with you being able to stay logged into your email account. 

 

 

Also, you can try using OAuth or a secure mail key while using an email app. This will encrypt your username and password to protect you from hackers and fraudsters. You'll be able to log in using OAuth or a secure mail key instead of having to sign in with your username and password combination.

Those are reasonable suggestions. Regarding cookies my browser deletes them upon exiting the browser (Firefox) and doesn't help with the same issue when using my iPad or iPhone. Since posting this I've had to reset my password four times.

Since resetting your password using the forgot password hasn't worked (it's usually the best way to fix this error code), we recommend that you clear any saved password and ID information in your browser.

I just created a new key and reset my Outlook, iPad and iPhone so I'll see if that helps (works)
