UPGRADE NOTIFICATION

I have received a notification that my Currently/ATT/Yahoo email account will need to be upgraded. Unfortunately, the link supplied is not valid and my Microsoft operating system has labeled it "Unsafe". Is the upgrade legitimate? And if so, how do I complete an upgrade without losing access to my email?
