Changed my phone number so I am unable to receive the verification code.

Try to reset your password using the temporary password option. Please use the options below to proceed further on this.

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose temporary password and follow the prompts. We’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.
