Not Found on Accelerator Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again.

I am a longtime sbcglobal.net email holder. I have moved my email to my current att.net account years ago. I now cannot get into my email at all and receive the Not Found on Accelerator notification when I attempt to log in. This issue occurs with all browsers, my phone, and multiple different computers. I have tried all forum post requests and cleared my cache, reset my passwords, try in private mode, nothing is working.

Can @ATTHelp please help me get this error fixed. In other forums, the rep was able to fix the user issue.

Thank you,

My mother is having this issue, but with an att.net email address. I have tried all of the solutions listed on these forums, changed password, cleared cookies/cache a million times, tried on several browsers, the email app, and on a separate device with browsers, but still get the not found on accelerator message. This has been going on for several days now. ATT help would be beneficial! Bill is not overdue.
