Lost Email Password / Wrong Security Answers
Got a message on iPad that said needed to Enter Yahoo! password in Settings
- go to do that and password not accepted
-try to reset password (forwarded to AT&T website)
-asks security questions - answers wrong/forgotten
-tried multiple times to speak with someone last evening (even called Yahoo! - they couldn't help and sent me back to AT&T)
-tried to get on the AT&T call back list (entered every single hour and was told that it wasn't available)
-haven't gotten emails since Tuesday 8/23/22
Would you please help? Don't know where else to turn.

Ended up calling and finally speaking with a rep. This rep was probably the best rep I had ever dealt with at AT&T. He resolved this issue and another while answering questions.
The key was getting a temporary password. After getting that, everything fell into place.

I have same problem. My password and security questions were lost about the same day. What number did you call? I can give you an email if you will share with me.
