Locked out of my bellsouth email account

I can't get into my email.  On Saturday, I got blocked and it sounds like others with old accounts are having this problem.  I don't remember the answer to the obscure security questions.  If I ask for a new password to be sent to me, it will need to be emailed.  I can't get to my email!  I see others are having this problem too.   I've had this email with AT&T forever.
