Improve Cyber Stalker Victim Protection Measures

Had to change tech identity.  Involved getting new email and new phone number.

There's a catch.  To secure new email account, 2SV pretty much required.  Fingerprint and face ID limited by device used.  OTP more reliable and "portable".  Email address is needed to get new phone number/account.  So, compromised email address is only one available.  Not a problem UNLESS...

Name, home/mailing address, and new phone number are exposed in plain text in not only one but multiple email messages sent by the service provider to the compromised email address!  One can only hope to delete the messages and remove from Trash permanently quickly enough!

Same is true for wireless account.

There has got to be a better way to help cyber stalker victims make cell and wireless changes quickly without risk to personal safety!  Maybe AT&T can set a new standard for benefit of all for industry to adopt.
