I am locked out of my account and the security questions are incorrect
Hi, I have been locked out of my account for years. I believe I was hacked at some point. I need to get back into my account because it is the only place I can recover an old password for a different account. The problem is that the only backup login methods for the account are security questions. I have tried every variation of what the answer should be to the questions, but it is not working. What else can I do to prove that this is my old account?

Call AT&T when they are open for assistance. Hopefully they can verify your identity to reset your logins over the phone. If not they might refer you to a AT&T owned/corporate store to verify identity in person.
In the future do not wait years to resolve an issue, especially if you think you've been hacked. The longer you let it go the more damage that can be done or harder to resolve.
