Forgot Password and Security Questions for Old att.net Email Account

I have been using my old att.net email for a while now with the only access being on my phone because I forgot both the password and the security questions (the phone was still logged in from long ago), and I realized today that I stopped receiving emails to my phone on August 3rd because says the password saved on the phone is now incorrect. I hope the access only lapsed for some reason, and not that someone else got into my account. This was an email account from many years ago which my dad set up for me, although I do now have AT&T internet service with another account. Is it possible to get access to my att.net email account again, without being able to remember the password or the security questions? Last thing of note, the account is currently locked into requiring the security questions because of too many incorrect password attempts.

We want to help you gain access to your email, @Dylan6!

So that we can dig a little deeper into your login options, we'll need to speak privately. Check the Direct Message inbox in the top right corner of your screen. We'll be sending you a DM shortly.

In the meantime, we recommend reviewing our article on updating your security questions and answers. It’s a good idea to update your security questions and answers frequently just in case you forget your password.

We look forward to speaking with you!

I was able to get access again more easily than otherwise since it turns out I still had the old email as a secondary one on an AT&T home internet plan. I was pointed to the right contacts in DMs. Thanks!
