Email not Syncing w/ Yahoo Mail
I have for years used pacbell.net email addresses, accessing them through Yahoo mail online and in the Yahoo mail app. Last week one of them stopped syncing with Yahoo and another stopped this week. I have worked with AT&T techs to reset the passwords for each non-syncing email address and was then told to contact Yahoo email tech support directly, as further issues should be addressed by them. Needless to say, Yahoo email support stated it is a problem on the AT&T side and that they are receiving a very large volume of calls from persons with various AT&T email addresses, whether pacbell.net, sbcglobal, or others.
I am able to access email from the non-syncing accounts by directly going through the AT&T website, but only one account at a time and nothing can be read on a mobile app. Is there a server problem preventing the email sync? If not, is there any known solution to this problem?
