Care code: 203.4 [FL001]

We are locked out of our sbcglobal.net email. When we try "forgot username" or "forgot password" we get response that account is not found.  We don't have options to answer security questions.  Chat bot is useless.  How can we recover our bellsouth.net account?

We're here to help you view your emails, @pamela0124!

SBCGlobal like many other emails are owned by AT&T, but are hosted using Yahoo servers.

We suggest using and checking if you can log in to Currently to view your emails, as the website is supported by AT&T, and we are able to determine if any present issues are with your account, or with how it connects to outside servers.

If you are getting an error when trying to log in, please let us know the details of it, so we can help you with the next step.

We hope to hear back from you!

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

Currently transfers us to the same AT&T login screen and still getting the same care code mentioned, and doesn’t seem to recognize the bellsouth.net account.  When we try to use the “forgot username or password” options, keep getting the message about not finding account information.  This email account has been used for 20 or so years now.
