Cannot log into email
After updating my computer, I tried to log into my email account but was denied - no I hadn't logged out or changed the password. I clicked Forgot Password to reset it, but my only option to receive a new code was an email address I no longer have access to, and I couldn't remember one of the security answers. How can I get back into my email from my desktop?

I am unable to log into my email. It reads error that I have tried too many times. I was able to get into my secondary account with help from this site a few weeks ago but now I cannot access my primary account. I answered my security questions but it shows there's an error. Please help.
