att.net email account sign in
I have not used my yahoo att.net email account in a long time. I tried to sign in using my email address and password. The log in page asked me to update my profile information by supplying a mobile phone number so I could have a verification code sent to it. The problem is that I do not own a mobile phone and the log in process will not let me proceed even though it recognized my email address and password. How do I log into my email account without a mobile phone?

No matter how I try to log into my account, including resetting my password, I keep hitting the road block during the sign in process of having to supply a mobile phone number. I do not own a mobile phone so this is a problem. I do have a land line phone but it can only receive voice messages. Thank you for trying to help.

Tried Yahoo support per your recommendation but could not get into my account because they sent the verification code to my att.net email account which I cannot open without the verification code that they sent to it. The only other option that they had was to send the code to a mobile phone and I do not own one. So again I ask the question is there anyway to open my email account without a mobile phone?

Have you attempted to reset your password via our online tool? You can do so by viewing the section titled I don't know my password and when promoted for a phone number, attempt to use a different recovery email if you have a secondary email.
