Stop email from forwarding
I have a bellsouth.net email address which I have had for a very long time. I guess at some point I set it up to forward emails to a gmail account. Well, I guess somewhere along the line email forwarding was deleted from basic accounts, so now the feature is not visible in Settings. I want to stop the emails from forwarding, but I can't because the feature isn't there for me to edit it. What do I do? Someone please help!!!

- In the forwarding settings, you should see options like:
- Disable forwarding: This will turn off mail forwarding completely.
- Forward and keep a copy: This forwards your email and keeps a copy in your BellSouth account.
- Forward, then discard: This forwards your email without keeping a copy.
- Select the option that suits your needs (in your case, choose "Disable forwarding").
- Save your changes.
3. Also, check for a Slider or Checkbox:
- Some email services have a slider or checkbox to enable or disable forwarding. Look for it in the forwarding settings.
- If you find it, slide it to the off position or uncheck the box to stop forwarding.
