Some emails have been missing since June 2023.
Some emails have been missing since June 2023. The emails were not found in both Spam and Trash boxes. My passwords were changed multiple times and the filter was set up to move them to a folder but no improvement. Please advise me on how to solve this problem.

We recommend that you take a look at how to recover your missing emails. We're only able to restore emails from the past 7 days, and there is a chance that it won't be successful.
