Let's get your email preview pane working again, @roadrunner5232

We recommend checking out these instructions on how to preview attachments:

  • Preview a single attachment. Just open the message that contains the attachment, and select the attachment thumbnail at the bottom of the message. The attachment will open in a preview window on the right.
  • Preview multiple attachments. Open the message containing the attachments, then select View all above the attachment thumbnails. Scroll down to see more of the previewed attachments.
  • Close and expand previews. To close a preview and return to AT&T Email, select the X in the upper right of the preview window. To expand the preview, select the expand icon.
  • Zoom in and out. Just use the Zoom in  and Zoom out  icons.
  • Browse multiple document previews. Use the left and right arrows at the sides of the current document.
  • Save the document you’re previewing to your computer. Select Download, then Save to my computer, and select the location where you want to save the attachment. The steps will vary depending on your browser and browser settings.
  • Preview your attachments in full screen mode. Just select the full screen icon to preview your attachment in full screen mode. To exit full screen mode, press Esc on your keyboard.

If you think it's now showing up when it should be, you may want to try troubleshooting your browser/email client. First you'll want to clear your cache and cookies to get rid of any stored data that could be interfering. You can also try using a different browser or private browsing.

Please let us know if this helps. If not, we may need to take a closer look at your email settings.
