Email from Facebook with Security Code

Good evening!
This is a request to assist me in getting all of my emails.  I have been trying to reset my Facebook password for a week now.  I have talked to Facebook and they are sending the email with my 8 digit code.  However, it is not coming through.  I have also added facebook as an allowable email.  

Based on the Community Forum, I am seeing several about Facebook (and Meta too, naturally) emails never showing up.  I've yet to see ATTHelp provide a solution nor any forum member find a way to fix it.  It seems to me that AT&T has inadvertently blocked those senders but I have no idea what the sending address would be so you could try a Hail Mary and submit it to the dept that only occasionally fixes these things.

I think a better solution is to have FB send those to a different, non-Yahoo/AT&T email account.  My gmail account appears to be working fine with Instagram.
