att/sbglobal blocking our server
Hi I work for an e-commerce business, and our email are being blocked. We are unable to send order confirmations, tracking details, and just general communication with our customers that use an att/sbcglobal email.
I emailed abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net but I am waiting on a response.
This has been happening for a few days, and its starting to cause issues with customers.
If there is a number I can call, or any insight?
