Alias email account
I have had an alias email account for several years under my primary email address. The alias is my business email address. I can receive emails when someone uses this address, but I cannot send them under the alias address. I don't know how to fix this.

Hi there, @eileenflora! We understand how important it is to be able to send emails from your business email and want to help.
We recommend that you start with clearing your cache and cookies. Clearing it out ensures that your browser is using the settings designed for the website.
Once you've done that, try using Currently to access your email account. Since it's supported by AT&T, this can minimize any outside influences that may be giving you trouble with your email.
We also suggest resetting your password to help re-sync your email account. This can be done by following these steps:
