5.2.0 is a remote server error, simply put its the ATT server declining our email delivery attempts
Permanent Failure of email send to mobile phones on the AT&T network:

Why is this happening? Started late last week and still persists

Latest update; as on this morning it appears that the issue has been resolved. I can again send email to mobile phones on the AT&T network ([email scrubbed]). I did send an email message to: 'abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net' but I never got a response. But in any case, looks like the issue has been resolved.
