Your Internet access has been temporarily suspended with att&t Real ?

I keep seeing this randomly pop when I visit sites or access certain SaaS providers.. does any one know how to resolve or if its is malware?

1) Looks like you're a business customer.  You may get better help/answers in the Business community.

2) 866-288-7629 is a legitimate AT&T Business Customer support number.

3) This looks like AT&T thinks you're behind on paying your Internet bill.

I'd suggest you call AT&T Customer Service at that number or any other that will make you feel more comfortable.

Sure sounds like spoof notifications.  They can tell you're AT&T from your IP address, the rest is just click bait to get you to provide personal information and/or allow them to install malware on your PC, or both.

It could also be malware already installed on your PC.

This is not malware. This is happening on all computers at my house since the last month or so.

Can you post a screenshot?  (It is at least possible that all your computers are infected with malware, but you're probably correct.)

We'll do our best to figure out what's causing the error message, @Neekowafers.

Be sure to send the screenshot @JefferMC suggested and we'll take a closer look.

We'll be awaiting your response.
