AT&T/Yahoo now requires that Outlook use a Secure Mail Key instead of your "normal" password that works if you sign in via a web browser.
HERE is the procedure to create the SMK. Then just use that in your Outlook's password fields.
These are the settings for both POP3 and IMAP so you can check against what you have Outlook set to use....
