I am having the same problem. Am I missing something, but I don't see what the solution is to logging onto my Prodigy.Net email account?
I see the initial posting by Mobileguru stating he/she is unable to sign-in to his/her Prodigy.Net email account and I see the ATTCARES reply indicating problem solved, but I don't see what the steps are to solve the problem. Can you post the step by step process to login to prodigy.net email?
When I try to login via the yahoo-ATT website (https://login.yahoo.com/?.src=ym&.lang=en-US&.intl=us&.done=https%3A%2F%2Fmail.yahoo.com%2Fd) and after entering my user name (********@prodigy.net) I am redirected to the following: https://loginprodx.att.net/FIM/sps/ATTidp/saml20/logininitial?RequestBinding=HTTPPost&PartnerId=https%3A%2F%2Flogin.yahoo.com%2Fsaml%2F2.0%2Fatt&.lang=en-US&Target=https%3A%2F%2Fmail.yahoo.com%2Fd . The following error messages are then displayed, as follows:
SAML 2.0 authentication failed
2019-04-17T07:49:20Z
Is there a new website and/or process to sign-in to my Prodigy.Net email account?
