Problems logging on to my sbc global email

I am having problems logging on to my sbc global email account. I can access my email after I reset my password but as soon as I log out and am required to log back in it says:

Looks like you’ve tried to sign in unsuccessfully too many times. Recover your ID or reset your password to continue.
CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]
I am then allowed to reset my password again and log on again once more, but then as soon as I log out or switch devices it locks me back out of my account. Any help would be appreciated - thanks

We are here to help with get you back into your email, @mondabadonda.

 

This error code means that you have logged into your email to many times and it is now locked.

 

We suggest that you reset your password, as this may resync your account on our end. We recommend that you wait a full 24 hours after the reset, before you log back in because this will give it time to fully sync.
