McAfee Update Manager not working?

I sort of answered my own question.  I re-installed McAfee Security Suite and it seems to now be updating BUT I still got that Windows dialog box "McAfee Update Manager has stopped working and will now close". I'm hoping it is working okay except for the dialog box error.
