Internet Security Suite Error??

Hello,

I keep having this error message when I try to get the Mcafee Security Suite.........

"We're Sorry,

We can't process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience."

And this is all I get, with no options, no explanations! I have an account, registered and all. Supposed to be easy........

Please help!

Thanks.

Hello @cbourke717,

I understand you're having issues regarding McAfee Security Suite, so let's see what we can do to help.

Have you tried using a different web browser or going incognito mode?
We've had similar forums posts regarding the issue and how to fix it.

Please let us know if this helped resolve your issue.

We’ve got it taken care of.........after ALL the headache of myself & customer service trying to figure it out, it was finally determined that your member ID has to be an email address ending in “att.net” or the security suite will not recognize you. This REALLY NEEDS to be identified since this requirement is nowhere to be found! All it says when you attempt to login is that you have several options you can use to satisfy the member id requirement......unfortunately when I used any of the options, it just gives an error page and DOES NOT identify what’s wrong. I didn’t set up an email because there was nothing telling me I needed to yet this is the ONLY option it’ll accept.

Please fix this and make it visible during initial setup so others don’t have to deal with this. You must use an AT&T email for your member id in order to use the security suite.

I'm having the same issue, but when I try to go to the page to set up an AT&T email address, I get the same error message: We're sorry, we can't process your request at this time.  How can I sign in with an AT&T address when it won't let me get to the page to create one?

We're here to help, @perry41.

What device are you trying to install internet security suite on? Have you tried using another web browser?

We have more information on how to find your member ID and also how to install AT&T internet security suite.

Let us know if this helps.

Sorry the link to get mcafee does not work. Infact when you click on it, it takes you to a page which says sorry cannot find the page. As a web developer, i can see that someone has posted an image of the text which says sorry (It is really been lazy). ATT, can you please click this link ("https://uversecentral2.att.com/pkmsvouchfor?ATT&https://uversecentral3.att.com/uvp/myhome/mam/ISS) and see it for your self.

Yep, same issue here. I can't get most off the ATT pages to stay loaded before they switch to the "We're sorry...". Well at least they got the We're sorry part right.

Unable to download the ATT Security Suite- I have AT&T- High internet  and I'm getting the below error message.  Not able to complete the account enrolment either.  The Message is saying

AT&T Internet Security Suite is only available to AT&T High Speed Internet and DSL customers at this time.

I have call the help desk numerous time and they are not able to figure it out either. Very Frustrating

I am getting same problem tried everything from incognito to member sign in and uninstall then reboot. Followed up with customer care number of times and fed up now.

ATT don't want to solve this problem or  work with MacAfee or paste correct links  here because now they want to charge extra money to customer in terms of monthly support to solve this problem or with  one time fee of 49.99$

This happened with me when they transferred my call to internal support about this problem .That guy was telling me to have a remote control of the computer and we will fix it but you have to commit for 12 months support
or acknowledge for one time service fee. This is ridiculous.
