Installation of McAfee Internet Security Suite
I tried to install the AT&T ISS and the screen always popped up with the message below:
"Eligibility. The AT&T Internet Security Suite is only available to AT&T High Speed Internet and DSL customers at this time."
It does not explain why I cannot continue to download the apps and tell me what to do next.
Can any one tell me what is wrong with my PC or explain what I can do to fix the problem? Thanks.

We understand you're having a problem downloading McAfee.
What internet speed do you currently have?

I have this same exact problem, and after numerous calls and chats and many many hours spent it is still not resolved and I am unable to protect any of my devices, after a year of being back on AT&T Internet....very extremely frustrating!
