I’m locked out of my Prodigy Email Account. Please Help
This is the second time this has happened. I’ve been lockout of my Prodigy Email account since March. I know the password was correct. But it says it was wrong. My user name is also correct. When I tap “forgot password” it sends a verification to the exact email I’m locked out of. Can someone please help me unlock my email?

You need to do what it tells you to do and contact customer service.

Same issue here. Cleaned out my history / cookies / cache and now I can't access my prodigy.net email. I tried resetting my password, answered the security questions, but when I go to sign in, it just loops back to resetting my password. Please help.
