Why am I forced to wait an entire day (24 hours) before "customer care" will assist with email access issues brought on by simple password change - your system forced me to change my password, then has no record of my account. Meanwhile, I loose access to my primary email. To make matters worst, there's no Email option to get support. Q: Who offers products they do not support? A: AT&T
