Hi There @melfor

That is a great question that you have about getting an https://soc.att.com/2QXpT1T email address.

There are 2 ways to get an email address for AT&T

1. You can become a paid subscriber(which means that you will need to be in an AT&T service area. Which means that you are able to get services in your home)

2. You can create a free email address by clicking here: AT&T Free Email Support Page

If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to reach back out again.

After 5 years, the link goes nowhere.  Not a surprise.  But so far after spending about 4 hours over a few days trying to get a AT&T email address since I have ATT fiber internet, I've only been able to catch my tail while going in circles.  ATT says to go to Currently.com.  I try to sign in and it immediately says 'logout successful'.  Silly me, I thought you had to log in before you could log out.  Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.  Jim.

Hi @CoolmeadowKid, we understand your concern. Let's get the help you need to get an AT&T email address.

If you didn’t get an AT&T email when you signed up for AT&T Internet or U-verse TV service, you can create a new one with these below steps:

  1. Go to Profile and select Account users.
  2. Choose U-verse TV or Internet from the menu if you have multiple services.
  3. Select Get AT&T email and then Continue on the Welcome screen.
  4. Accept the Terms of Service and select Continue.
  5. Choose I need to create an AT&T email address and select Continue if you need to create an AT&T Mail account or select one of the suggested IDs. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

For more information, we recommend that you go through our article on how to create an AT&T Mail address for your service.

Please feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.

Thank you,
Jasmine, AT&T Community Specialist
